1.Ensure the normal operation of the
application
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App).
During application operation, it needs to collect your device's unique
identification code (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information,
OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. It also improves performance
and user experience by analyzing application startup data and abnormal error
logs, thus providing users with better services.
2.Registration and Login
When you register and log in to our
application, you will need to provide the following information to complete
account creation:
Mobile phone number/email address: Used to create an account and receive verification codes to
complete identity verification.
Account Information: The user avatar, name, and department you set. This information
helps us provide you with more personalized services.
3.Providing you with core functional
services
Our software platform and services rely on
certain information to be provided and completed. If you choose to use our
software platform, you will need to provide us with or allow us to collect

III、How we store and protect your personal information
1. Storage Location: Personal information collected
and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is
stored within China. We will not transfer your personal information overseas.
2. Storage Period: We will retain your personal
information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in
this policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements under the law
(e.g., the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that
information on goods and services and transaction information be retained for
no less than three years from the date of transaction completion).
3. Security Measures: We have used industry-standard

unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of
data. We will take measures such as encryption technology, access control, and

"Personal Center" to view your relevant personal data. On the app, go
to "My" to view your personal data.

When you need to update your personal information, or
find that we have processed your personal information incorrectly, you have the
right to correct or update it.

"Personal Center" to correct your relevant personal data. On the app,
click "My" to modify your personal
information.
3. Deleting Your Personal Information
You can apply to your company's system administrator
to delete your relevant personal data on the web. The deletion will be
completed simultaneously on the app.
4. Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and
Consent
The products and services we provide require some
basic personal information to function. You can give or withdraw your
authorization and consent at any time regarding the collection and use of
personal information. This can be handled by contacting your company's system
administrator or our after-sales service. Once you withdraw your consent, we
will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your
withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing of personal information
previously carried out based on your authorization.
5. Account Cancellation by the Personal Information
Subject
You may cancel your previously registered account at
any time. You can contact your company's system administrator for assistance.
After account cancellation, we will cease providing you with the software
platform and services, and will delete your personal information according to
your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
Your company administrator can cancel the account in
the following ways:
(1) Web: You can delete the corresponding member
through Settings Center - Organization Members to complete account
cancellation.
(2) APP: After deletion on the web, the APP will
automatically synchronize the cancellation.
6. Obtaining a Copy of Personal Information by the
Personal Information Subject
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal
information. You can do so yourself through the platform's export function, or
contact the corresponding after-sales service for assistance.
Where technically feasible, we can also directly
transfer a copy of your personal information to a third party designated by
you, according to your request.
7. Restraining Automated Decision-Making in the
Information System
In the software platform, we may make decisions
solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including
information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect
your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an
explanation from us, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
8. Responding to Your Requests
For security reasons, you may need to provide a
written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may require you to verify
your identity before processing your request.
We will respond within thirty days. If you are
dissatisfied, you can file a complaint through service.emea@solplanet.net.
In principle, we do not charge fees for your
reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits,
we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate.
We may refuse requests that are repeatedly made
without cause, require excessive technical means, pose a risk to the legitimate
rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical.
We will be unable to respond to your request in the
following circumstances:
(1) Related to the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and
regulations by the personal information controller;
(2) Directly related to national security or defense security;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public
interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and
execution of judgments;
(5) Where the personal information controller has sufficient evidence
to show that the personal information subject has acted maliciously or abused
their rights;
(6) For the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major
legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other
individuals, but obtaining the subject's consent is difficult;
(7) Responding to the personal information subject's request would
seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of the personal information
subject or other individuals or organizations;
(8) Involving trade secrets.
V、Protection of minors
Our software platform and services are primarily
geared towards corporate members. Corporate administrators send invitation
links to select members, inviting them to create relevant personal information
entity accounts. In principle, we will not send invitation links to children to
register personal information entity accounts.
We take the protection of minors' personal
information very seriously. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should
obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using our
services. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a
minor without verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete the
relevant data as soon as possible.

time. When the terms of this policy change, we will notify you of the updated
content through pop-ups, push notifications, or other reasonable means when you
